The engine issue is likely over-propping...still trying to figure out how bad of a thing that is...there seem to be varying schools of thought there. The transmission could be a simple adjustment or more serious issue. I wouldn't be too concerned with the mainsail issues. That's fairly easy [and relatively inexpensive] to correct. The engines and transmission are where my concerns lie.
